What NOT to do when you’re feeling bloated.
Whenever you have that uncomfortable bloated feeling, don’t you wish that you could just press an icon button on your laptop, have it describe in detail what to do and “presto!” your digestive upset is over. Well, if you were a robot, I guess you’d have an icon telling you to get an oil change, or something. It isn’t that easy with the human body….
The human body is designed to work in perfection. But think of all the crazy ways we interfere with what the body is trying to do. We overeat, we eat things that should be “glowing” from the chemical content in them, we don’t chew our food (or whatever you call it) and we combine all types of food groups at the same meal to cause uproarious digestion. Then, when sensations down there start to get out of control, we sart dumping down gas-x products, laxatives, run to the gym to slim down thinking it’s all fat in there, and drink lots of caffeine to keep us going because we’re feeling extremely lethargic.
